KOKILABEN HOSPITAL : Eric Fou Hehy has a new life

 

Eric Fou Hehy is out of danger. Kokilaben Hospital Dhirubhai Ambani in India has just completed the surgical operation of this famous Malagasy comedian. Eric Fou Hehy has undergone two transplants including liver transplantation and kidney transplantation. « Eric Fou Hehy’s health is starting to recover but he will be out when everything goes well, » says Kokilaben’s representative in Madagascar, Sunel Kumar. « His state of health is under control. So, he can stay in the hospital for three to six months », according to urologist Sanjay Pandey.

Kokilaben Hospital and Medical Research Institute is an India based top multispeciality healthcare centre in Andheri West – Mumbai, which provides complete treatments and surgeries for all. The 750 bed multi-speciality hospital became operational in the first week of 2009. The project was initiated in 1999 by Nitu Mandke as a large-scale heart hospital, but ran into troubles after his death in 2003. Subsequently, it was completed by the Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group. It had the first three-room intra-operative MRI suite (IMRIS) in Asia.
